Welcome to the Go! Go! Nihon and Akamonkai Online Japanese Course!

Go! Go! Nihon & Akamonkai Japanese Language school have developed this 12-week online beginner course to help you understand the basics of Japanese, prepare for JLPT N5 and complete 150 hours of study.

After completing the course, you will find yourself in a much better position to start at an intensive Japanese Language School school or continue your studies with further courses, knowing these essential basics.

What is the best way to learn from this course? 

1. Practise for at least 30 minutes per day outside of class.  
2. Do the exercises and all your homework. It's important to keep up with the pace and do your assignments by the set deadline.  
3. Use subtitles. Lesson videos have captions in both English and Japanese, practice with and without them to build up your skills  
4. Join the Japanese Beginner Course Community. You can share your opinion, ask questions and practice with the other students of our online community. 
5. Try to enjoy your time. It can be challenging learning online and some days you might not have the motivation. Try to remember why you want to learn Japanese and make the most of this experience.   

Note:  All the lessons in this course are divided by days. There are also two introductory sections called "Course introduction" and "Welcome to the course!"' plus a final section called "next steps".
