Sentence 1 - かのじょが　ミュージカルを　みたいか　どうか、　わかりません。= I don't know whether my girlfriend likes musicals or not.

Sentence 2 - かのじょが　チョコレートが　すきか　どうか、　わかりません。= I don't know whether my girlfriend likes chocolate or not.
