Sentence 1 - ディズニーランドへ　いった　ことが　あります。= I have been to Disneyland.

Sentence 2 - ディズニーランドへ　いった　ことが　ありますか。= Have you ever been to Disneyland?

Sentence 3 - はい、あります。= Yes, I have.

Sentence 4 - いいえ、ありません。= No, I haven't.

Sentence 5 - なんかい　いった　ことが　ありますか。= How many times have you been?

Sentence 6 - １かいです。= Once.
