The focus of this repetition is on these sentences:
 

Sentence 1 - あさごはんをたべます か。 (Asagohan o tabemaska?) = Do you eat breakfast?

Sentence 2 (positive answer) - はい、 たべます。(Hai, tabemas) Yes, I do.

Sentence 3 - あさごはんをたべます か。 (Asagohan o tabemaska?) = Do you eat breakfast?

Sentence 4 (negative answer) - いいえ、たべません。(Iie, tabemasen) = No, I do not.
